dc.description.abstract	Ve své práci se snažím vysvětlit technické zhodnocení po stránce právní, účetní, daňové a určit hodnotu technického zhodnocení budovy v Kč. Teoretická část je věnována popisu technického zhodnocení budovy a jeho právním úpravám. Praktická část je zaměřena na dva konkrétní realizované projekty, obchodního centra a bytového domu. Obsahuje rozpočty obou těchto projektů a stanovení rozsahu technického zhodnocení pro jednotlivé objekty.	cs
dc.description.abstract	In my diploma thesis I am trying to explain a technical assessment from the legal, accounting, tax perspective and determine the value of technical assessment of building in CZK. The theoretical part is devoted to a description of a technical assessment and its legal rules. The practical part is focused on two specific projects: a shopping centre and a block of flats. It contains the budgets of these projects and determination of the extent of a technical assessment for individual objects.	en
