| dc.description.abstract | Areál Brnenskej zbrojovky sa nachádza v blízkosti historického centra mesta v mestskej časti zábrdovice . V tesnej vzdialonosti pamiatkovo chránených budov, dôležitých ulíc alebo nábrežia rieky svitavy. jedná sa o rozsiahly, kedysi veľmi významný a výnimočný továrenský areál. Dnes žiaľ už len rozsiahly a pred mestom uzavretý. Výnimočný by ale znova mohol byť... V mojej práci som sa sústredila hlavne na revitalizáciu južnej a centrálnej časti areálu. Ten vnímam ako najzachovalejší a najautentickejš. Severná časť areálu je vhodná k novej výstavbe. Ideálne pre bytové domy v kľudnej lokalite v blízkosti nábrežia Svitavy. V súvislosti s dlhodobým zanedbávaním stavu objektov bude musieť byť podstatná časť z nich odstránená. Ako dočasné riešenie využitia tejto veľkej voľnej plochy sa ponúka možnosť vytvorenia rôznych druhov športových aktivít a plôch. Budovy vo východne časti areálu sú z časti v zhoršenom technickom stave alebo sa svojou architektúrou odlišujú od zbytku areálu. Zároveň je zvýšená miera hluku z priľahlej železničnej trate. Preto navrhujem budovy využívať ako prenajímateľné nebytové priestory alebo priestory pre malú výrobu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Zbrojovka factory is located near to the historical center of the city quarter of Zabrdovice Near to the area are situated listed buildings, major streets and riverbank of Svitavy . The area is a vast , once very significant and outstanding factory premises. Unfortunately today it became percieved only as extensive . Therefore it can happen to be livable again. In my work I have focused mainly on the revitalization of the southern and central parts of the area . which I perceived as the most authentic ones . The northern part of the area is suitable for new construction,namely for apartments in a quiet location near the waterfront of Svitavy . In the context of long-term neglected objects, there has to be removed the state will have to be a substantial portion. As a temporary solution of using this large open area there is a possibility of creating different kinds of sports activities and areas . Buildings in the east part of the site is partly degraded in working order or its architecture differ from the rest of the complex . It is also an increased level of noise from the adjacent railway line . I propose to use the building as a rentable commercial space or spaces for a small production . | en |
