Bytový dům Na Větrníku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu. Navržený objekt se nachází na okraji města Chrudim, v lokalitě sídliště Na Větrníku. Jedná se o samostatně stojící objekt s pěti nadzemními podlažími a suterénem. Budova má půdorysně tvar obdélníku o rozměrech 30,92 × 17,17 m. Založení objektu je navrženo jako kombinace hlubinných pilot a základových pásů. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramických tvárnic. Stropní konstrukce tvoří železobetonové monolitické desky. Zastřešení objektu tvoří šikmá sedlová střecha se sklonem 15°. V domě se nachází celkem 25 bytových jednotek. V suterénu jsou umístěny hromadné garáže pro 15 osobních automobilů sloužící obyvatelům domu.The final thesis is focused on a design of an apartment house and processing of the design documentation. Designed building is situated on the periphery of the town Chrudim in the locality of the housing estate Na Větrníku. It’s a detached house with five floors and a basement. Building has a rectangular plan with dimensions 30,92 × 17,17 m. The foundation of the building is designed as a combination of piles and strips. The vertical constructions will be made of the clay blocks. The floor structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. The apartment house has a saddle roof with a slope 15°. There are 25 apartments in the building and the mass garages for 15 cars, which are situated in the basement. The garages will serve to the residents of the house.
