Návrh financování investičního projektu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na způsoby financování konkrétní investice podniku. Bakalářská práce sestává ze tří částí. V první části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy, zdroje financování a metody hodnocení investic. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu podniku. Třetí část uvádí vybrané návrhy financování investice a jejich srovnání a obsahuje doporučení nejvýhodnějšího návrhu financování investice. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí práce.This bachelor’s thesis focuses on methods of financing of a specific investment of the enterprise. The thesis consists of three parts. The first section describes the basic concepts, sources of financing and methods of investment evaluation. The second part contains an analysis of the present state of the enterprise. The third part presents selected proposals for financing of the investment and their comparison and includes a recommendation for most advantageous proposal for financing of the investment. The conclusion contains a summary of the bachelor’s thesis.
