dc.description.abstractThe paper deals with HDL design methodology and methods of data protection against the influence of the Single Effect Upset (SEU) for the space applications. Presented methodology is applied to design of non-volatile memory manager unit, which is presented in this paper. This unit is responsible for transfer data between memories and must be fault-tolerant to the SEU. To ensure high reliability the data in the memories are protected by EDAC logic.en
