Investiční náklady dřevostaveb

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je porovnání nákladů na výstavbu různých konstrukčních systémů dřevostaveb. První část se zabývá historickými a současnými konstrukční systémy dřevostaveb a materiály, které jsou u těchto staveb používány. Podrobně je v práci rozebráno dřevo,jeho vlastnosti a využití ve stavebnictví. Další kapitola se zabývá tvorbou cen, druhy rozpočtů a náklady. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny technické vlastnosti staveb. Praktická část práce v úvodu popisuje dispoziční a konstrukční řešení vybrané dřevostavby, která je dále srovnávána se srubovou technologií. Srovnávání je provedeno z několika pohledů. Nejprve jsou srovnány a vyhodnoceny jejich kvalitativní vlastnosti. Následuje kapitola zabývající se náklady na dodávku a montáž u jednotlivých domů z pohledu prací HSV a PSV. Jako poslední jsou srovnávány náklady na jednotlivé konstrukce a následně celkové náklady na výstavbu, provoz a likvidaci domů. V závěru práce je shrnující vyhodnocení všech získaných výsledků.The aim of this thesis is to compare the costs for the construction of various construction systems wooden buildings. The first part deals with the historical and contemporary construction systems wooden structures and materials that are used in these buildings. Details are discussed in the work of the wood, its properties and uses in the construction industry. Another chapter deals with the pricing, kinds of budgets and costs. In the end of the technical characteristics listed buildings. Practical work in the introduction describes the layout and construction of selected timber, which is then compared with log technology. The comparison is done from several perspectives. First they are compared and evaluated their quality characteristics. A chapter about the cost of delivery and installation of individual houses from the perspective of works HSV and PSV. As the last are compared to the cost of individual construction and then the total cost of construction, operation and disposal of buildings. The conclusion is a summary evaluation of the results obtained.
