Stavebně technologická etapa založení obytného souboru ve Křtinách

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace vybrané etapy založení novostavby obytného souboru Na Křtině v Praze. Předmětem práce je provedení zemních prací a realizace základové desky. Stavba je zajímavá zakládáním objektu pod hladinou podzemní vody, způsob založení tedy formou bílé vany. Projekt obsahuje technickou zprávu se zaměřením na vybranou etapu, technickou zprávu pro zásady organizace výstavby a zařízení staveniště, technologické předpisy pro provedení zemních prací, technologický předpis pro provedení základů, kontrolní a zkušební plány vztažené k uvedeným předpisům, plán bezpečnosti a rizik na staveništi, návrh strojní sestavy, rozpočet vybrané etapy, časový harmonogram a výkresy týkající se uvedené problematiky.This bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation of selected phase – the founding of new building of residential complex on the Na Křtinách street in Prague. The subject of this work is completion of earthworks and realization of foundation slab. The building is interesting in that it is based under the groundwater level – way of founding as white tank. The project includes an engineering report of the selected phase, an engineering report for the principes of organization of development and site equipment, technological regulations for carrying out earthworks, technological specification for the design of foundations, the inspection and test plans related to these requirements, the schedule of the safety and risks at the site, the design of assembly of machines, the budget of the selected phase and the time schedule and drawings relating to this issue.
