dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá především konkrétním výzkumem v oblasti týmové práce a komunikace ve stavebním podniku. V teoretické části jsem definovala základní pojmy od obecných po specifické, související se stavebnictvím. Ve druhé části popisuji vlastní výzkum ve stavebním podniku. Zaměřila jsem ho především na otázky, týkající se způsobu a kvality komunikace na pracovišti. Dále mne zajímalo, jak firma využívá potenciálu týmové práce. Kvantitativní data jsem obohatila řízeným rozhovorem. Závěrem jsem verifikovala stanovené hypotézy a přidala návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení práce ve stavebním podniku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis focuses mostly on specific research in the field of teamwork and communication in a construction company. In the theoretical part I defined the basic terms (ranging from general to specific ones) related to construction industry. In the second part I described my own research in a construction company. I focused mainly on questions regarding methods and quality of communication on the workplace. I was also interested in how the company makes use of the potential of teamwork. I enriched the quantitative data with a guided interview. In conclusion I verified given hypothesis and added suggestions and recommendations for improving the work in a construction company.	en
