dc.description.abstractThis work aims to evaluate available commercial fire alarm solutions on the market in the Czech Republic. Based on the specified parameters, the pros and cons of these systems were evaluated. Another point was the research of new solutions that show promising parameters for further development and increasing the reliability of these devices. The selected type of gas sensor is sensitive layers on the FET structure.en
