Abstract
Předmětem této práce bude vytvoření reálného podnikatelského záměru, který bude sloužit k rozšíření firmy MATEZEX spol. s r.o. Práce obsahuje teoretická východiska a následně se zaměřuje na praxi, analyzuje trh a konkurenci. Vlastním přínosem bude návrh na vytvoření nové pobočky u zmiňované firmy.
The object of this Bachelor´s thesis is a composition of realistic business plan, which will be used for extensit of a company MATEZEX spol. s r.o. This thesis includes theoretical basis and then it aims at practice and analyzes the market and competition. Like an own contribution will be a concept for a creation of a new branch for the company.
