| dc.description.abstract | Zadáním bylo zrekonstruovat objekt Esslerovy přádelny do podoby vysoké škola architektury pro 100 studentů, magisterského programu a přetvořit celý areál přádelny k účelům této vysoké školy. Jedinečnost místa, stavby, konstrukce i zadání. Návrh se snaží o to, tyto okolnosti respektovat a dále je rozvíjet. Jedinečnost místa vychází z topografie, jejímž hlavním určujícím faktorem je řeka Svitav, jež určuje celou strukturu okolí a vnáší do území motiv unikátnosti a vytváří tak genius loci místa. Ostrov je tvořen ohybem řeky a uměle vytvořeným náhonem, jež byl doveden k vodnímu mlýnu. Břehy řeky, mající obrovský rekreační potenciál (umocněný cyklostezkou podél řeky), v co největší možné míře využité pro rekreaci. Návrh také zohledňuje a vychází z principu školství. Vzdělání je veřejné přístupné všem, kteří o to mají zájem a potenciál. Proto i v návrhu počítám s co největší otevřeností prostoru. V návrhu je prodloužen hlavní přístupový most navazující na ulici od kostela svatého Jiří s jižním břehem řeky a vytváří tak důležitou duchovní osu spojující kostel a sochu svatého Nepomuka na jižním břehu. Návrh zdůrazňuje stávající osu ostrova, ve směru toku řeky. Motiv osy je zesílen otevřeností prostoru a nástupem do školy z mostu, (exponovaná strana od města a zastávky mhd, odkud míří převážná část studentů a návštěvníků) kde pokračuje komunikační osa skrz celou budovu zadním vchodem dále na akademické náměstí, sloužící jako rozptylová plocha školy. Tato osa se prolíná i v samotném objektu bývalé přádelny. Konstrukce budovy je to, co je unikátní a to, co stojí za to zachovat, proto je v co největší možné míře ukázána s přihlédnutím k potřebám provozu školy. Směrem vzhůru se celý objekt otevírá jak prostorově tak i pro studenty, a zároveň se prostor zpřístupňuje, uvolňuje, což vyústí v posledním nadzemním podlaží, kde je velkoprostorový ateliér. Vzhledem k tomu, že je účelem návrhu poukázat a zdůraznit konstrukci, je jediným estetickým dodaným prvkem v objektu ocelové černě lakované schodiště. Také má zdůrazňovat osu komunikace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Submision of work is the reconstruction of the Essler spinning factory and it´s whole area. The new usage is the high school of architecture for 100 students (master's degree). The uniqueness of the place, building, construction and assignment. The proposal accept and evolve these terms. The uniqueness of the place, based on the topography, is mainly determined by the river Svitava, which determines the whole structure of the surrounding and creates the uniqueness and genius loci of the place. The island is formed by river bending and man-made mill-race, which was brought down to the water mill. The river banks, having a huge recreational potential (raiced by a bicycle path along the river), as well as possible used for recreation. The proposal also reflects and is based on the principle of education. Public education is accessible to all who are interested in and have a potential. That is why i propose as open as it is possible space. I propose the prolongation of the access bridge and create the connestion between the church of St. George and the southern bank of the river. It makes an important spiritual axis connecting the church and the statue of Saint Nepomuk on the south shore. The proposal emphasizes the recent axis of the island. Axis theme is amplified by the open space of school building and entering the school from the bridge (the exposed side from city and bus stop) continues throughout the entire building to further academic Square, serving as a susperse school area. Building construction is what is unique and what is certainly worth preserving. So it is showed as possible as it is regarding to the needs of the school. The building is showing construction upward also for students as well. This flows into in the last floor where is the open space. There is used the only one added aesthetic motion, the stals, which also emphasizes the axis. | en |
