Abstract
Teniferace je způsob chemickotepelného zpracování, konkrétně z oblasti metod karbonitridace. Proces sycení dusíkem a uhlíkem probíhá ve zvláštní solné lázni. Umožňuje dosahovat rozličných výsledných vlastností zpracovávaných součástí, kterých běžnými metodami karbonitridace, nebo povrchových úprav nelze hospodárně dosáhnout. V současnosti nachází velkého uplatnění v automobilovém a zbrojním průmyslu. Cílem práce je seznámení s podstatou, možnostmi a využitím této technologie.
Tenifer is a method of thermochemical treatment, concretely comes within the area of carbonitration methods. The saturation with nitrogen and carbon is carried out in special salt bath. Tenifer treatment achieves variety of final properties, which another method of treatment cannot ensure. Method is widely used in automobile and armament industry at this time. The purpose of this retrieval is to inform about principles, options and utilisation of this technology.
