Posouzení investičního projektu - výstavba horských apartmánů

Abstract

Diplomová práce si klade za cíl analyzovat efektivnost investičního projektu výstavby horského apartmánového domu. Podkladem pro posouzení hodnocené investice vybranými metodami je návrh konkrétního investičního projektu. V závěru jsou výsledky metod zhodnoceny. Autorka přidává i vlastní návrh řešení a doporučení.The objective of the diploma thesis is to analyze the effectiveness of the investment project for the construction of the ski resort apartment house. The design of a particular investment project serves as the basis for the evaluation of the rated investments by using the selected methods. As a conclusion, the results of the methods are evaluated. The author also adds her own suggestion and recommendation.
