Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh dvoupodlažního rodinného domu. Novostavba je navržena jako trvalé bydlení pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Budova má dvě nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. Garáž pro jeden osobní automobil je součástí rodinného domu. Objekt je navržen ze stavebního systému Porotherm. Konstrukci střechy tvoří jednoplášťová plochá střecha. Objekt je zateplen systémem ETICS. Hlavní vstup je orientován na sever, z ulice Loučková. RD stojí na okraji vesnice Nížkov. Hlavní část práce je tvořena projektovou dokumentací a technickou zprávou. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou také dispoziční a architektonické studie, konstrukční detaily, tepelně technické studie, návrh schodiště a návrh základů. Výkresová část byla zpracována v počítačovém programu ArchiCAD GRAPHISOFT 20.The aim of my bachelor thesis is a design of a two-storey family house. The new building is designed to be a permanent residence for a family of four. The family house has got two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The garage for one car is a part of the house. The building is designed in a Porotherm construction system. The roof is made of a single-shell roof. The house is insulated by a ETICS system. The main entrance is oriented to the north, from the selected piece of land in the village of Nížkov, Loučková street. The main part of the thesis contains a project documentation and a technical report. The dispositional and architectonic studies, constructional details, thermal-technical studies, a design of stairs and a design of foundations are also included in the thesis. The drawing part was made in a computer program ArchiCAD GRAPHISOFT 20.
