dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je projekt samostatně stojícího nadstandardního rodinného domu. Objekt je osazen v mírně svažitém terénu v katastrálním území Hlinsko v Čechách. Rodinný dům je dvoupatrový a je navržen z konstrukčního systému Porotherm, stropy budou provedeny jako železobetonové monolitické spojené ztužujícím věncem. Zastřešení bude provedeno jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. K domu bude přičleněna terasa s nášlapnou vrstvou z betonové dlažby. Součástí domu bude garáž pro dva automobily. Dům je určen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this bachelor`s thesis is a project of high standard single-family detached house. The building is situated in moderate slope terrain in cadastral territory of Hlinsko v Čechách. The family house has two floors and is designed from the structural system Porotherm, the ceilings are made of reinforced concrete joined with stiffening reinforced concrete wreath. The roofing of the house is build as single-layer flat roof. A terrace with contact layer of concrete paving is going to be attached to the house. Another part of the house is a garage for two-cars. The house is for a family of four.	en
