Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem možností dílensky orientovaného soustružení a frézování na soustružnickém centru SP280SY, návrhem technologie výroby a nástrojovém vybavení pro obrábění navržené součásti. Vypracování technické dokumentace pro navrženou součást s tolerovanými rozměry a kvantifikace rozdílů v dosahovaných strojních časech při aplikaci nástrojového vybavení dvou výrobců.This is a bachelor’s thesis concerning the analysis of workshop oriented turning work and milling on the turning center SP280SY , the project of technology of production and instrumental equipment for the cutting of the designed component. The elaboration of technical documentation for the designed component with the tolerated proportions and with the qualification of differences in the reached machine times by an application of the instrumental equipment of two producers.
