Realizace hrubé vrchní stavby administrativní budovy Multifen

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis stavebně – technologické etapy hrubé vrchní stavby administrativní budovy firmy MULTIFEN s.r.o. Obsahem je zpracování technologických předpisů pro zdění a monolitické konstrukce. Jakost a kvalita těchto konstrukcí je řešena v kontrolních a zkušebních plánech. Je podrobně řešeno zařízení staveniště včetně bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, dopravní trasy pro přepravu materiálu i dopravní situace v okolí staveniště. Dále je optimálně navržena strojní sestava pro realizaci stavby. Práce stanovuje postup prací tak, aby zohledňoval ekonomickou stránkou a časovou náročnost délky výstavby.This bachelor thesis focuses on a description of a constructive technological stage of the gross superstructure of MULTIFEN s.r.o. company building. The thesis contains technical reports for masonry and monolithic constructions. The quality of these constructions is solved in the control and test planes. The site equipment including occupational safety and health, routes for transport of material, and the traffic situation around the construction site is solved in detail. A mechanical set for the building construction is optimally designed. The thesis sets the work procedures in order to consider economical and time demands of the building schedule.
