dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza ceny stavebního objektu rodinného domu při změně účelu užívání na administrativní budovu. Práce se skládá z části teoretické, kde je objasněna problematika cen, rozpočtů a definování jednotlivých termínů, které jsou dále využity ve druhé praktické části práce. Praktická část se zabývá návrhem stavebních úprav rodinného domu a jejich cenovým ohodnocením. Dále také sběrem vhodných dat pro stanovení ceny objektu na trhu nemovitostí porovnávacím způsobem a následným zjištěním reálné ceny. Výstupem práce je porovnání a následná volba co nejvýhodnějšího budoucího zhodnocení stavebního objektu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the price of a family house’s construction object while the purpose of using it is being changed to the administrative building. The bachelor thesis consist of a theoretical part, where the problematic of prices is cleared, the budgets and the defining of each term that is used in the second part of the bachelor thesis, the practical part. The practical part deals with the plans for building a family house and its price evaluation. It also deals with the collection of appropriate data for the determination of the price of the object on the market by the comparison method and then the subsequent finding the real price. The output of the bachelor thesis is to compare and then to choose the most convenient future evaluation of the building object.	en
