dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce rozvádí architektonickou studii vypracovanou v rámci předmětu AG35 v letním semestru 3. ročníku do stupně Dokumentace pro stavební povolení a Dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Tématem zadání je návrh novostavby hudebního klubu se zadaným pozemkem na ulici Údolní v Brně, naproti parku Obilní trh. Okolní historická zástavba z 19. století přísně dodržuje uliční čáru. Ale ta byla v řešeném území porušena dopadem bomby za druhé světové války. Vzniklý prostor byl v minulých letech na sousední parcele zastavěn budovou krajského ombudsmana, která uliční čáru už nedodržuje. Takže její pokračování není vyžadováno ani na přidělené parcele pro hudební klub. Svažitý terén ovlivnil celý koncept návrhu, který spočívá v zasazení objektu do terénu, tak aby navazoval na okolní terén a propojil parky Obilní trh a Špilberk skrze pochozí vegetační střechu a parkovou úpravu před objektem. Z exteriéru je stavba členěna na dvě části, první z nich je mnohoúhelníkového tvaru a je z velké části pod terénem. Malá plocha vyčnívající fasády je tvořena převážně lehkým proskleným obvodovým pláštěm doplněným bíle omítnutými plochami. Zde se nachází hlavní vstup a foyer, velký sál, kavárna, zkušebny, cvičební sál, ateliér, šatny a technické zázemí celého objektu. Zatímco druhá obdélníková část, ve které se nachází malý sál ve druhém nadzemním podlaží, je jako by levitující kvádr předsazený před objem prvního nadzemního podlaží a obložený strukturovanými panely ze sklovláknobetonu. Obložení v severovýchodním rohu kvádru probíhá až na zem a je zde místo struktury navržen nápis „hudební klub“ popřípadě konkrétní jméno hudebního klubu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis expands the architectural project created in the framework of the subject AG35 in the spring semester on a level of a Building permit documentation and a Documentation for execution of the project. The theme of the task is a new building of a concert hall with the defined land on the Údolní street in Brno, in front of the park Obilní trh. Surrounding historical buildings from the 19th century strictly follows the street line. But that line was broken at the defined land by the impact of a bomb in World War II. On a neighbouring plot, the created space was filled by a building of regional ombudsman, which doesn’t follow the street line anymore. So its continuing isn’t required on the defined land neither. Sloping terrain influenced whole concept, which consist in implanting the building into terrain, so that followed surrounding terrain and connect park Obilní trh with park Špilberk through walk-on roof surface with vegetation and a newly build park in front of the concert hall. The building is divided into two parts from exterior. The first one is a polygon and it is mostly under terrain. A small surface of façade above a terrain is largely created by glass curtain wall supplemented by white stucco. Here is located a main entrance and a foyer, a main concert hall, a café, rehearsal rooms, an exercise studio, an atelier, changing rooms and technical facilities of whole building. While the second rectangular part, in which is situated small concert hall on the second floor, is as if levitating block overlapping over a volume of the first floor and it is garnished by structural panels from glass fiber reinforced concrete. The cladding goes to the ground in the southeast corner of the block and there are panels with inscription “hudební klub” or specific name of the concert hall instead of the structural panels.	en
