Snižování energetické náročnosti panelových domů

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat současné trendy v oblasti snižování energetické náročnosti panelových budov, analýza nákladů a přínosů energeticky úsporných projektů na konkrétním případu. Teoretická část se zabývá historií výstavby, charakteristikou panelových domů včetně obvyklých závad na nich a poskytovanými dotačními programy pro jejich obnovu. Praktická část se zabývá posouzením tří stávajících panelových domů, zateplených v rozdílných časových obdobích, s rozdílnou technologií a za jiných finančních podmínek.The aim of the Thesis is to describe the current trends in reducing energy use of blocks of flats and to analyse the costs and profits of these projects using a certain example.The theoretical part describes the history of construction, the characteristic of the panel houses including some common faults, and the provided grants for their reconstruction. The practical part deals with the assessment of three existing panel houses, which were insulated in different time periods, with various strategies and under different financial conditions.
