Polyfunkční dům Křenová

Abstract

Polyfunkční dům Křenová je situován na rohovou proluku mezi ulicemi Křenová a Skořepka. Urbanistický návrh je založen na vybudování Nové městské třídy podle územního plánu Brna. V parteru jsou navrženy travnaté plochy, stromy i stylizovaná vodní plocha připomínající řeku Ponávku. Polyfunkční dům je tvořen čtyřmi propojenými bloky. Bílé linie budov jsou ozvláštněny zasouváním a vysouvání oranžových kvádrů. Každá z hmot má odlišnou funkci. V podzemí se nachází rozsáhlé parkovací prostory. Jižní šestipodlažní administrativa je ozvláštněna zasunutými oranžovými lodžiemi, které jsou určeny k pěstování zeleně, což má zpříjemnit výhled z kanceláří. Vnitroblok tvoří jednopodlažní prodejna se zelenou střechou. Na severní straně pozemku se nachází šestipodlažní obytná část s vysunutými oranžovými kvádry teras. Hmotné budovy harmonicky spojuje ocelová konstrukce knihovny vynesená na subtilních sloupech v úrovni třetího podlaží.Multifunctional building Křenová is situated on a corner gap between the streets Křenová and Skořepka. The urban project is based on building the New City Street in accordance with the zoning plan of Brno. In the parterre there are designed lawns, trees and stylized water surface, which reminds the River Ponávka. Multifunctional building consists of four connected blocks. White lines of buildings are made special by pushing and pulling orange blocks. Each part has a different function. In the basement there are large parking spaces. South six-storey administration is made more interesting by inserted orange loggias, which are proposed for growing vegetation. That should make a pleasant view from the offices. Courtyard consists of a single-storey shop with a green roof. On the north side there is the six-storey residential building with extended blocks of orange terraces. Massive buildings are harmoniously connected by steel construction of library carried by thin pillars in the level of the third storey.
