dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice modelu finančního řízení subdodávek a jeho dopad na hospodaření stavebního podniku. Cílem této práce je nastavit management stavební zakázky z pohledu finančního řízení subdodávek s vlivem na celkové hospodaření stavebního podniku. Výstupem práce je pak vytvoření modelu, který bude poukazovat na finanční management stavební zakázky s ohledem na hospodaření stavebního podniku.	cs

The aim of this work is to set up management of the building contract from the financial management of subcontracts with influence on the overall management of construction enterprise.
