Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba jednogeneračního rodinného domu s přechodným ubytováním. Objekt je zasazen do rovinatého terénu na vybraném pozemku v Kroměříži. Skládá se ze dvou nadzemních podlaží. Hlavní vstup je orientován na jihozápad. Budova je navržena ze systému KM BETA. Konstrukce stropu je ze systému HODOTERM – KM BETA. Konstrukci střechy tvoří dvě pultové střechy se sklonem střešní roviny 15°.
The subject of the Thesis is a newly built of univoltine house with a temporary accommodation. The building is laid into the flat landscape of the selected allotment in the city called Kroměříž. It consists of the two floors. The main entry is oriented to the southwest. The building is designed from the KM BETA system. The construction of the ceiling system is designed from HODOTERM - KM BETA. The construction of the rooftop consists of the two pent roofs with a 15 ° slope of the roof plane.
