dc.description.abstract	Jedná se o stavební úpravy a přístavbu stávajícího rekreačního obejktu, který leží na p.č. 3617/1 a 3617/2, na okraji k.ú. Střekov, obec Ústí nad Labem. Stavební úpravy a přístavba respektují výškový profil okolní zástavby. Stávající rekreační objekt je postaven jako jednopodlažní nepodsklepený se sedlovou střechou, nová přístavba je navržena jako jednopodlažní nepodsklepená s plochou extenzivní střechou respektující výšku stávajího obejktu. Celý obejkt je koncipován jako jednogenerační pro max 5 členou rodinnu, kde v rekonstruované části vznikne obyvácí pokoj s kuchyní a jídelnou, WC a koupelna. V pravém křídle vzniknou dva dětské pokoje a v levém křídle ložnice s pracovnou. K odpočinuku bude sloužit velká terasa s přístupem z obývacího pokoje a také z obou křídel. Konstrukční systém je navržena jako zděný ze systému Porotherm s monolitickými stropy se ztraceným bedněním Cemex ELEGOHOUSE. Stávající zděný objekt je postaven z cihel pálených plných a dřevěné střešní konstrukce, nová střecha bude titanzinkového plechu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This is a building modification and extension of the existing recreational object, which lies on the no. 3617/1 and 3617/2, at the edge of the c. Střekov, Ústí nad Labem. The construction and annexes respect the height profile of the surrounding area. The existing recreational object is built as a single-storey non-basement with a saddle roof, the new annex is designed as a single-storey non-cellar with a flat, extensive roof respecting the height of the existing objet. The whole building is designed as one-generation for max 5 members family, where the reconstructed part will create a living room with kitchen and dining room, toilet and bathroom. In the right wing there will be two children's rooms and in the left wing a bedroom with a work area. A large terrace with access from the living room as well as from both wings is provided for relaxation. The construction system is designed as brick from the Porotherm system with Cemex ELEGOHOUSE monolithic ceilings with lost formwork. The existing brick building is built of brick-burning solid and wooden roofing, the new roof will be titanium sheet metal.	en
