Dvougenerační dům na Slovensku

Abstract

Projekt řeší současnou situaci bydlení ve více generačních rodinných domech postavených na Slovensku v 70. letech. I přes původní schopnost obyvatelů zasahovat do původního návrhu architekta, značná část prvomajitelů dnes cítí diskomfort při jejich obývání. Představy o vícegeneračním užívání objektu se s postupem času ukázaly být liché. V současnosti jsou domy obývány pouze z části a náročností údržby své majitele, kteří obvykle dosáhli již důchodového věku, zatěžují. Skrze transformaci RD na obecní byty, projekt zároveň nabízí strategickou alternativu k současné produkci obecního bydlení v obci formou bytových domů.The proposal deals with the topic of living in multi-generational family houses built in Slovakia in the 1970’s. Despite the former ability of the owners to adapt the original architects’ plan towards their own preferences, nowadays they feel discomfort using the house. The image of multi-generational usage of the house turned out to be false over the time. Currently the houses are only partially inhabited and the demanding maintenance of the large house is increasingly difficult for its original inhabitants, who are usually already retired. The project suggests transformation of the large family houses into flats while at the same time presents an alternative to the development of municipal housing in the village, currently planned by local authorities.
