Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování dokumentace stavební části k provedení novostavby rodinného domu s garáží a provozovnou kopírovacího centra. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepený, zastřešený plochou střechou. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou v kombinaci ztraceného bednění a systémem POROTHERM, stropy ze systému POROTHERM MIAKO. Zastřešení je řešeno jednoplášťovou pochozí plochou střechou.
The subject of this thesis is the development of construction documents for the implementation of a family house with a garage and copying office. The building has two floors, partial cellar, covered flat roof. Vertical structure in combination of permanent shuttering and POROTHERM ceramic system, ceilings are made from ceramic systém POROTHERM MIAKO too. Structure of the roof is solved by single skin flat roof.
