Hlavním cílem územní studie je prověřit možnosti využití území, které již má z dřívější doby navrženou základní dopravní a stavební strukturu a obsahuje hodnoty, které je třeba respektovat.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject matter of the assignemet is the city planning solution of the social centre of the residential complex Brno - Lesná, which hasn´t been finished during the housing development. The main aim is to examine opportunities of utilization of the area considering a basic traffic and constructional structure nominated in the past as well as considering values which need to be respected.	en
