dc.description.abstractCílem práce je porovnání služeb bankovních institucí a výběr nejvýhodnější varianty pro financování bydlení. Práce má dvě části. V teoretické části jsou definovány oblasti týkající se financování bydlení, oceňování nemovitostí a trhu nemovitostí. V praktické části je porovnáno dvanáct hypotečních úvěrů. Je vybrán nejvýhodnější úvěr a sestaven splátkový kalendář.cs

In the theoretical part is defined topic housing finance, valuation and real estate market. In the practical part is compared twelve mortgage.
