Komunikační mix společnosti Tovares s.r.o.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh vhodného komunikačního mixu, vycházející z analýzy současného stavu společnosti Tovares s.r.o., které se nedaří na trhu mezi konkurencí prosadit. Společnost se zabývá výrobou a distribucí kadeřnických potřeb - od nábytku přes veškerou techniku, chemii až po hřebeny a vlásenky. Práce má sloužit jako podklad, při zavedení vhodnějšího komunikačního mixu. Tento komunikační mix obsahuje návrh, který má za cíl oslovení nových zákazníků a udržení těch stávajících.This diploma thesis focus on suggestions of the suitable communication mix, which is coming out of the analysis of the current situation in Tovares s.r.o. company. This company is failing to compete and break through on the market. The company is engaged in the production and distribution of the wide range of equipment and accessories needed for the hairdressing – starting with furniture, complete range of the equipment and technology, chemical preparations, finishing with the combs and hairpins. This work is supposed to help as the source of the information while implementing new suitable communication mix. This communication mix contains a suggestions which aim is to approach new customers and to retain the existing ones.
