Cílem této práce je navrhnout metodu, která pomůže společnosti orientovat se v konkurenčním prostředí a tím zlepšit její pozici na trhu. Znalosti z teoretických a analytických částí jsou použity jako výchozí bod pro návrh procesu Competitive Intelligence a pro stanovení správné metody analýzy nejvýznamnějšího konkurenta.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma work is focused on the process of implementing Competitive Intelligence in Espressif Systems company. The goal of this work is to propose a method that will help the company navigate the competitive environment and thereby improve its position in the market. Knowledge from the theoretical and analytical parts is used as a starting point for designing the Competitive Intelligence process and for determining the correct method of analyzing the most significant competitor.en
