Pásový dopravník pro recyklované kamenivo

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice pásového dopravníku pro přepravu recyklovaného kameniva v šikmém směru. V této práci je proveden funkční výpočet pásového dopravníku dle zadaných parametrů, určení hlavních rozměrů, návrh pohonu a přibližný pevnostní výpočet hřídele hnaného bubnu. Práce obsahuje stručný popis pásového dopravníku, jeho hlavních částí a volbu konstrukčních prvků. Dále práce obsahuje výkresovou dokumentaci, která je k ní přiložena.This bachelors thesis deals with the issue of belt conveyor for transportation of recycled aggregates in an oblique direction. In this thesis a functional calculation of the belt conveyor is performed according to given parameters, the determination of main dimensions is made, design of the drive and approximate strength calculation of the shaft of the driven drum. The work contains a brief description of the belt conveyor, its main parts and the choice of the structural elements. Further work includes drawing documentation, which is attached to it.
