dc.description.abstract	Centrum je určeno pro rehabilitaci na koních. Nachází se na okraji vesnice Borová u Chvalšin. Architektonický návrh vychází z jihočeského stavení. Celý komplex je řešen bezbariérově. Areál tvoří budova penzionu, stájí a jízdárna. V rámci diplomové práce je zpracován projekt penzionu a stájí. Kapacita penzionu je 25 lůžek. Dvoupodlažní budova s obytným podkrovím je vyzděna z keramických tvárnic Porotherm. Konstrukčně se jedná o příčný stěnový systém. Sedlová střecha má sklon 40°. Součástí budovy je byt správce. Objekt má předsazenou fasádu z dřevěných latí tmavé barvy kontrastujících s bílou omítkou. V budově stájí jsou umístěny i šatny pro zaměstnance a klienty centra. Ustájení je pro osm koní. Budova je částečně zapuštěná do terénu. Stěny k zemině jsou vyzděny ze systému ztraceného bednění. Plochá střecha je řešena jako střešní zahrada s extenzivní zelení. Jižní fasáda, řešená jako provětrávaná, je obložena kamennem. Veškeré konstrukce odpovídají platným normám ČSN.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The center is located on the edge of a village Borová near Chvalšiny. It’s purpose is rehabilitation with horses or therapeutic riding. The architecture is based on a south bohemian farm archetype and is in all aspects wheelchair accessible. The complex consists of a hotel building, hosre stable and a riding hall. The dissertation elaborates complete project documentation to the hotel and stable buildings. The hotel capacity is 25 berths. The whole two stories building is made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. Structurally it´s transverse wall systém. The roof’s inclination is 40°. There is aslo a caretaker’s flat in the hotel. The facade is made of dark coloured wooden battens which contrasts with the white plaster. There are places for eight horses and changing rooms for both empoyees and clients in the stable. The building is partially embedded to the terrain and the walls in the groud and built of concrete blocks. A flat roof is designed as a extensive plant garden. The south well aired facade is covered with stones All constructions correspod to valid standarts ČSN.	en
