V objektu se nachazí i provoz kuchyně nad kterým je zelená střecha. Nad zbytkem objektu je plochá střecha. Objekt je propojen s okolní přírodou. Celková kapacita objektu je 26 osob, přičemž většina bytu je jednopokojových.	cs
