Řízení oběžného majetku ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Práce se zabývá řízením oběžného majetku ve vybrané stavební firmě. V rámci této problematiky je oběžný majetek definován, je vymezena jeho struktura a následně je popsáno řízení jednotlivých složek oběžného majetku. V případové studii je uvedeno řízení oběžného majetku dle vnitřních směrnic stavební firmy a následně je provedena analýza vývoje oběžného majetku za dané období. Tato analýza je vytvořena na základě vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Cílem této práce je tedy prozkoumat soulad mezi analyzovaným vývojem oběžného majetku s vnitřními předpisy konkrétní stavební firmy.The thesis deals with the management of current assets in a selected building company. The current assets are defined, their structure is set out and the management of individual items of current assets is outlined. The case study deals with the current assets management in line with the internal guidelines of the building company. Subsequently an analysis of the current assets development over a certain period of time is carried out. The analysis is based on selected financial analysis methods. The aim of the thesis is to explore the conformity of the development in the analysed current assets with the internal guidelines of the building company.
