Stavba v krajině - Winery

Abstract

ST´WINERY - Vinařství je umístěno v krajině nedaleko obce Strachotín. Řešený pozemek se svažuje prudce směrem k nádržím Nové Mlýny. Umožňuje tak nádherný výhled na Pálavské vrchy. Vinařství je doprovázeno i dalšími provozy - wellness, ubytování, restaurace, média. Ty zvyšují atraktivitu místa a doplňují chybějící funkce v okolí. Jsou určeny k rekreaci místních, ale i návštěvníků z daleka. K těmto účelům je navržen komplex čtyř budov, které jsou vzájemně propojeny zelenou intenzivní střechou. Ta je osázena vinohradem a umožňuje tak efektivní využití střešní krajiny a zároveň zlepšuje klima uvnitř budov. Návrh je inspirován zemními trhlinami. Ty se vpisují do tvaru viničního náměstí uvnitř komplexu. Budovy svým umístěním, konstrukčním a dispozičním řešením odpovídají nízkoenergetickému a pasivnímu standardu.ST´WINERY - Winery is situated in the countryside near the village Strachotin. The lot strongly descend down to the Nové Mlýny Dam. It brings the possibility of beautiful views toward the Palava hills. The winery itself is in connection with the additional services - wellness, accomodation, restaurant, media. These services increase the attractiveness of the location and represent the missing functions in the area. They are destined to the recreation of the winery guests. For these purposes I designed a complex of four buildings which are connected via green intensive roof. It is covered by vineyard and this fact allows an effective use of the roof area. In addition, this fact possitively affects the inner climate inside the buildings. The design is inspired by the ground fissures. It is visible on the inner square between the objects. The complex is in accord with the standards of passive housing.
