dc.description.abstractV současné době hýbe znaleckou obcí problematika odměn soudních znalců v případech, kdy objednatelem posudku je orgán veřejné moci (zpravidla policie nebo soud). Předkládaný příspěvek si klade za cíl pragmaticky, bez politických vlivů a emocí, tuto problematiku analyzovat. Zhodnoceny jsou všechny skutečné výnosy a skutečné náklady činnosti znalců jako osob samostatně výdělečně činných i znaleckých ústavů. Závěrem je smutné konstatování, že současné i nově navrhované sazby odměn po započtení všech vlivů zdaleka nedosahují úrovně přiměřené pro vysokoškolsky vzdělané odborníky. Místy dokonce neumožňují znaleckým ústavům ani proplacení zákonem předepsané minimální mzdy. Analyzovány jsou i další související problémy a návrhy na opatření.cs
dc.description.abstractCurrently moving expert communities, the issue of remuneration of court experts in cases where the client‘s opinion is a public authority (usually the police or the court). The present contribution aims to pragmatically, without political influences and emotions, this issue analyses. Evaluated are all actual returns and actual costs of the activities of the experts as self-employed persons and expert institutions. In conclusion, it is sad statement that the current and newly proposed rates of remuneration, after offsetting all of the effects are far, far below levels adequate for college-educated professionals. Some places do not allow the expert institutions or reimbursement of the statutory minimum wage. Analysed are also other related problems and suggestions for action.en
