dc.description.abstract | This article deals with the design of the Smart Home System (SHS), which takes advantages of the 'Raspberry Pi' single-board computer. The concept is focused on reliability, extensibility and low acquisition price. Background research about the concept of SHS was carried out and elimination of found weaknesses turned into aim of this project. The 'Raspberry Pi' takes care of home automation and provides user to access across various platforms thanks to the implementation of own binding program for openHAB. | en |
