Propojení CNC laserové vyřezávačky s ERP informačním systémem

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se řeší kompatibilita výrobních strojů s informačním systémem v souvislostech digitalizace firmy. Teoretická část práce pojednává o struktuře a možnostech informačních systémů. Popsán je taktéž princip laseru a charakteristika nejpoužívanějších druhů v CNC laserových strojích. Nechybí vymezení populárního pojmu Průmysl 4.0 v souvislosti s digitalizací. V praktické části je představena zkoumaná společnost od svých počátků po současnost. Popíšou se nynější ovládací systémy a výrobní zařízení, které se v následném návrhu ERP informačního systému vzájemně propojí s řídicími moduly. Jaký vliv by měl navrhovaný informační systém zejména z pohledu digitalizace firmy, znázorní SWOT analýza.This bachelor's thesis deals with the compatibility of production machines with the information system in the context of company digitization process. The theoretical part analyze the structure and variability of information systems. The principle of the laser and the characteristics of the most used types of lasers in CNC laser machines are described as well. There is also a definition of the popular term called Industry 4.0 from the perspective of digitization. The practical part presents the researched company from its beginnings to the present. There will be specified current control systems and production facilities which will be interconnected into synchronized control modules in design of the ERP information system. The SWOT analysis will show what effect the proposed information system would have, especially from the point of view of digitalization of the company.
