Systémy MES/MOM v prostředí Industry 4.0

Abstract

Diplomová práce „Systémy MES/MOM v prostředí Industry 4.0” se zabývá rozborem, analýzou, návrhem a realizací těchto systémů. Práce se nejdříve zaměřuje na rešerši Industry 4.0, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé části tohoto trendu. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou definovány změny v MES/MOM systémech, kde za pomocí aktuálních možností byl navrhnut a realizován koncept MES/MOM dle standardu ISA-S95. Systém komunikuje s PLC pomocí vlastního komunikátoru a reprezentuje čtená v prostředí aplikace. V aplikace je implementován modul Historian a systémové moduly. PLC má v sobě implementován protokol MS SQL, tak aby zařízení mohlo číst a zapisovat data bez nutnosti komunikace s nadřazeným systémem. Tato implementace je v souladu s vizí Industry 4.0.This diploma thesis "MES / MOM Systems in the Industry 4.0 concept" deals with the analysis, design and implementation of these systems. The first focus is on Industry 4.0 analysis, where are describe each part of Industry 4.0. Based on this knowledge, there were specified the changes in the MES / MOM systems. According to the changes and knowledge were designed and implemented the MES / MOM concept. The system communicates with the PLC using its own communicator and represents the data in the application environment. The application implements the Historian module and system modules. The PLC has an MS SQL protocol implemented so that the device can read and write data without the need to communicate with the parent system. This implementation is in line with Industry 4.0’s concept.
