dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je vypracování návrhu nového společensko-kulturního centra, které bude kromě většího společensko-kulturního sálu obsahovat také prostory radnice městské části a veškeré potřebné zázemí. Vhodné se jeví sdílení některých prostor, zejména reprezentativních pro obě hlavní funkce, případně doplnění dalších funkcí tak, aby se nové centrum stalo skutečným těžištěm občanských, společenských a komunitních aktivit. Nedílnou součástí řešení bude úprava venkovního prostranství, které by mělo funkčně nahradit chybějící centrální náměstí. Podrobnější rámcový stavební program je obsažen v samostatné příloze zadání.cs
dc.description.abstractThe subject of thesis is the proposal of a new community center, which will be in addition to the larger socio-cultural hall Facilities also include a city district and all necessary facilities.
