Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je řešení návrhu nadstandartního rodinného domu v Hlinsku v Čechách. Objekt je složen ze 3 na sebe navazujících obdélníků. Rodinný dům má 2 nadzemní podlaží a neobývanou půdu. K objektu patří garáž a wellness. Dům je zastřešen šikmou valbovou střechou. Garáž a wellness jsou zastřešen plochou střechou. Objekt má 2 terasy.
The aim of bachelor thesis is solve design of the high standart detached house in Hlinsko v Čechách. The object is composed of three contiguous rectangles. Family house has twoo aboveground floors and uninhabited loft. The object includes garage and wellness. The building is covered by pitched hipped roof. Garage and wellness are covered by flat roof. The object has two terraces.
