Abstract
Úkolem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout strukturování a postup ocenění inženýrského díla v etapě investiční přípravy. V práci jsou uvedeny způsoby oceňování v ČR, návrh postupu ocenění inženýrského díla, podle něhož bude sestavena cena konkrétní stavby a vytvořena případová studie a sestavena smlouva o dílo.
The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to suggest the structure and the process of the valuation of engineer work in the period of investment preparation. The work presents the ways of valuation in the Czech Republic, the suggestion of the process of the evaluation of engineer work according to which the price of a particular construction will be determined and will be created a case study and written a contract for work.
