| dc.description.abstract | Domov. něco tak samozřejmého a zároveň čím dál více nedosažitelného. Neregulovaný trh s nemovitostmi chamtivě bere domovy obyčejným lidem a přetváří je ve výhodnou investici pro bohaté lidi, sloužící pouze ke generování dalšího zisku. Jedinou alternativou je městské či sociální bydlení, které však dělá čím dál více rozšiřující se ohrožené skupině medvědí službu. Sociální byty vytváří společenskou nálepku a zároveň podporují nastupující standard příliš malých a nedostačujících bytů. Systém Baugruppe na to však jde od lesa. Několik domácností se spojí a dohromady postaví bytový dům bez účasti developera a volného trhu. Proces návrhu a výstavby pak zplodí kromě komfortních domovů za menší investice i silnou a fungující komunitu sousedů. Svítá zde naděje na překlenutí nejen krize bytové, ale i sociální. Výstavba bytů odspoda osvobozena od priority zisku přináší svěžest a naději na to, že každý z nás může dobře žít a hlavně — vybudovat si svůj vlastní domov. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Home. Something so obvious and at the same time so unattainable today. Unregulated real estate market takes homes from ordinary people and turns them into a an advantegous investment for the rich ones. The only alternative is urban or social housing, however, the amount of city flats is miserably low and social housing on the other hand creates social labels and new standard of very small and insufficient living space. The Baugruppe, on the other hand, solves the problem from bottom to top. Several households join to build their dream house togheter - without the developer’s fee and a free hand market. The design and construction process will produce in addition to comfortable homes for a lower investment a strong and functioning community of neighbors. There is hope for overcoming not only the housing crisis, but also the social one. Construction exempt from the priority of profit brings freshness and hope that each of us can live well and most importantly - build our own home. | en |
