Abstract
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá projektovou dokumentáciou rodinného domu s polyfunkciou, určenéko k bývaniu. Dom sa nachádza Nitrianskom kraji, v meste Nitra- mestská časť Čermáň. Katastrálne územie Nitra. Objekt je navrhnutý ako murovaná stavba s kontaktným zateplením. Zvislé a vodorovné nosné konštrukcie sú zo systému POROTHERM. Rodinný dom má sedlovú strechu so sklonom 38°. Kontštrukcia krovu je tvorená z drevenných prvkov. Objekt má dve nadzemné podlažia.
This thesis deals with project documentation of a family house with polyfunctionally, intended for to housing. The house is located in Nitra region, in Nitracity district Čermáň. Cadastral district Nitra. The building is designed as a brick building with a contact insulation. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures are made of POROTHERM system. The family house has a gable roof with a slope of 38 °. Construction roof is made up of of wooden elements. The building has two floors.
