Analýza nákladů rodinného domu při stavbě "na klíč" a investorským způsobem výstavby

Abstract

První část této bakalářské práce, která je více teoretická, obsahuje informace týkající se statistického třídění ve stavebnictví, účastníků výstavby, legislativního prostředí, cen ve stavebnictví a rozpočtů. V druhé části jsou porovnány náklady na konkrétní rodinný dům při stavbě “na klíč” a při investorském způsobu výstavby pomocí nabídek od dodavatelů.The first part of this bachelor’s thesis, which is more theoretical, contains informatik on the statistical classification on construction, construction participants, the legislative environment, prices in construction an budgets. The second part compares the coast of a particular family house in the construction of a “turnkey” method and investors construction method using offers from suppliers.
