Rodinný dům s provozovnou

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá novostavbou samostatně stojícího rodinného domu s provozovnou – kadeřnictvím. Stavba je situována do JZ části městyse Pozořice, asi 15 km východně od Brna. Objekt je navržen jako nepodsklepený, dvoupodlažní, s plochou jednoplášťovou střechou. V 1NP se nachází kadeřnictví a obytné místnosti pro denní užívání, ve 2NP část klidová s ložnicemi a dětskými pokoji. Bytová jednotka je navržena pro 2 dospělé a 3 – 4 děti.This work deals with a newly built detached house with a place of business – a hairdresser’s. The building is situated in the south-west part of the town of Pozořice in a distance of approximately 15 kilometres east of Brno. It is designed as an edifice on two floors, without a cellar and with a flat roof with single covering. On the ground floor the hairdresser’s and residential rooms for daily use are located while on the first floor there are places designed for relaxation with bedrooms and rooms for children. The house is planned for 2 adults and from 3 to 4 children.
