Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací rodinného domu. První část se věnuje popisu území pro umístění stavby, orientaci stavby vůči jejímu okolí a jednotlivým stavebním konstrukcím objektu v technických zprávách. Druhá část je věnována výkresové dokumentaci stavby a na závěr je řešeno hodnocení objektu z hlediska požárně bezpečnostního řešení a stavební fyziky z níž vyplývá energetická náročnost stavby.The bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of the family house. The first part is devoted to the description of the location of the structure, the orientation of the building to its surroundings and the building structures each object in the technical reports. The second part is devoted to the construction drawings and the conclusion is solved evaluation of the object in terms of fire safety solutions and building physics which shows the energy intensity of buildings.
