Rodinný dům s projekční kanceláří

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby rodinného domu s projekční kanceláří na úrovni dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Objekt je částečně podsklepený, s dvěma nadzemními podlažími, zastřešen plochou střechou. Konstrukční systém podsklepené části je tvořen systémem ztraceného bednění, konstrukční systém nadzemních podlaží je řešen zdivem z broušených cihel Porotherm 30 Profi na maltu pro tenké spáry. Stropy jsou monolitické železobetonové. Zastřešení části prvního nadzemního podlaží tvoří zelená extenzivní střecha přecházející obloukem k upravenému terénu. Návrh objektu respektuje územní plán obce Vrbovec, klade důraz na dispoziční řešení konstrukce po stránce architektonické, statické, také z hlediska úspor energie a bezpečnosti při užívání objektu.The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a detached house with a design office at a level of documentation for construction. The building has a partial basement with two above-ground floors, covered with a flat roof. The structural system of the basement is based on a hidden formwork while the constructions of above-ground floors are designed to be from polished bricks Porotherm 30 Profi with thin layer of mortar for binding. The ceilings are from monolithic reinforced concrete. The roofing above the ground floor consists of an extensive green roof arch crossing the adjusted terrain. The design of the building respects the urban planning regulations of Vrbovec, puts an emphasis on the layout design from architectural and structural viewpoints, nonetheless also in terms of energy savings and safety in use of the building.
