Aktivity živých buněk pro zachování homeostázy z mechanického hlediska - rešerše

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rešeršní studii o homeostáze buněk. Popisuje svalstvo a strukturu buňky hladkého svalstva. U buněk hladkého svalstva jsou popsány jednotlivé organely se zaměřením na cytoskelet, který odpovídá za mechanické vlastnosti. Dále je popsána reakce na vnější mechanický podnět a popsány jednotlivé metody měření mechanických vlastností buněk. Výsledky měření ukazují, že buňky se snaží udržet konstantní napětí a deformace.This bachelor thesis is focused on literature search of homeostasis of the cell. The aim of this thesis is to describe a muscle and a structure of the smooth muscle cell. It describes individual organelles of the smooth muscles’ cellule with a focus on cytoskeleton. The cytoskeleton is responsible for mechanical properties of the cell. Then it describes a reaction on an external mechanical impulse and it describes an individual method of measuring mechanical properties of the cell. The results show that the cells keep constant stress and deformation.
