Využití norem ISO v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je využití norem ISO ve společnosti OK Mont, spol. s r.o., konkrétně systému EMS jako jedné z dobrovolných aktivit organizace k ochraně životního prostředí. V praktické části jsou definovány a srovnány přístupy k implementaci EMS – norma ISO 14001 a program EMAS. V praktické části je popsán proces implementace a fungování systému EMS ve firmě. Pozornost je věnována především důvodům, návrhu EMS, nákladům a přínosům spojených se zavedením a udržováním tohoto systému.The goal of this thesis is consumption of ISO norms within OK Mont Inc. company, specifically the EMS as one of the optional activities of an organization to the environmental protection. The theoretical part defines and compares approaches to the implementation of the EMS – the norm of ISO 14001 and the EMAS program. The practical part describes the implementation process and the EMS functioning within the company. The attention is mainly drawn to reasons, draft, costs and benefits connected with the implementation and the maintenance of the system.
